Meet Our Administrative Team

Rachell Redman - Administrator 

The Administrator is the owner of ARS and holds the license that allows this business to be a supported living agency.  They are involved in all daily operations of the company and maintain all aspects of the business.

Taylor Redman - Director of Finance

The director of finance oversees the financial operations of the company. The director of finance ensures that the cash flows of the company are operating in a healthy manner.

Tierra Hamm - Rep Payee

The RP pays all the client bills and manage their budgets to help our clients be successful. RP’s oversee writing checks as needed to manage anything pertaining to client finance needs.

Lydia McBride - HR/Training Asst.

The trainer provides training to all habilitative specialists to ensure they are prepared and confident in working with our clients. The trainer provides all initial training upon hire, and offers additional training support to those staff who feel they need it.

Nicole Carle-Johnson - Program Coordinator 

Quality assurance is required to audit all in home and administrative files. The QA insures that the company is prepared if, and when state auditors arrive. 

Morghan Porier - Recreational Therapist

RT’s plan and provide community outings to the clients at ARS. They work diligently on getting the clients into the community and involved in daily activities including, hiking, bowling, crafts, etc. The primary goal is to get the clients involved and active in their communities, in a healthy and fun way.

Montie Arnold - Receptionist

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to Assisted Residential Services clients, visitors, employees other guests of the organization.

Mojolene Ware - PM

Nawal Guelzim - Human Resource Director

The HR Director handles daily functions of the human resource department, including hiring, screening, advertising, discipline, etc. They provide teaching, training and counseling to all staff within the agency.

Cheryl Gould - Plan Developer

The program developers writes client plans including IFP's, PBSP's, FA's, etc. while staying on top of deadlines to ensure plans are up to date and on time.

Domonic DeHerrera- HR Assistant

The HR Assistant works directly with hiring orienting and on boarding new hires in the the agency He also helps with all day to day HR inquiries. 

Cindy Mines - Programs Director

PM’s oversee all their sites and manage all programs ensuring company policies are being met and followed. PM’s assist and train the leads in all areas of their position. Overall, PM’s ensure the homes are running smoothly and staff are providing quality care.

Raeleen Gay - Program Director Asst

The admin. assistant works directly with the administrator in helping with daily tasks and operational flow. They are expected to be readily available to assist with all areas in the administrative office.

Keith Harding - Rep Payee

The RP pays all the client bills and manage their budgets to help our clients be successful. RP’s oversee writing checks as needed to manage anything pertaining to client finance needs.

Andrew East -  Lead Trainer

The trainer provides training to all habilitative specialists to ensure they are prepared and confident in working with our clients. The trainer provides all initial training upon hire, and offers additional training support to those staff who feel they need it.

Phil Wacker - IT Manager

The IT Manager oversees computer operations, server management, system repairs, and assists with digital accounts management and data access. Provides support to staff on-site and remotely, and is over all good looking.

Paige (Ali) Lillengreen- Master Scheduler 

The scheduler handles all employee schedules and the day to day functions of scheduling. They are in charge of approving schedules, submitting schedules to the state and ensuring all shifts are covered.

Rebecca Allington - CFO

The CFO maintains all financial accounts within the company, while keeping the administrator apprised of any financial issues, changes, etc. The CFO develops and maintains systems to keep track of budgets, payroll, taxes, etc.

Ashleigh Allington - Pharmacy Tech

The weekend RT has the same function as the RT’s. They work specifically on the weekends to continue to allow our clients to stay active in the community. The weekend RT assists the RT’s in planning and preparation of activities.

Program Manager is an advocate for the clients, promotes company and employee morale, ensures completion of administrative duties and tasks in compliance with the rules and regulations in place by DDA, WAC and ARS internal guidelines, manages teams and efficiently communicates with other departments.
